How do we speed up our metabolism? Exercise Panalean is a given in any lose weight program. We need to move to sweat off the excess calories. But is there any lose weight diet that we can follow to help increase our metabolic rate? I can not give you specific lose weight diet plans since a specific plan may work for me but may not work for you. So what I am going to do is to give you a list of food groups that will help you hasten your metabolism.

Foods rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates. Fiber-rich foods such as oatmeal and whole grain cereals increase your metabolic rate by keeping your insulin levels low. Insulin is responsible for sending a signal to your body that it is time to start stocking up fat. Once your body gets the message, it slows down metabolism to accommodate the fats, which results to fewer calories burned. So oatmeal for breakfast is always a good thing.

Protein-rich foods. According to studies, 25% of calories in protein foods can be burnt off. Since it takes more energy to digest protein in meat compared to carbs or fat, the body works harder and more calories will be burned in the process. High protein foods include learn beef and pork, turkey, and chicken.
